Presta valve made of black machined aluminum, on the outside it incorporates a rubber gasket on the thread to seal and protect the rim, on the inside it has a conical rubber that rests on the rim bed or on the rim directly, making it easier and ensures sealing.

It also includes a removable aluminum shell and a machined aluminum cap with a unique design created by grezzy+, this cap, apart from protecting the shell from knocks and dirt, serves to disassemble the shell at any time and in the event of any breakdown quickly and simple.

How to Install

1. Preparing the rim and tire:
• Make sure the rim and tire are clean and free of debris.
• If using a mousse insert, place it inside the tire before mounting everything on the rim.

2. Valve insertion:
• Remove the valve stem to facilitate air flow during inflation.
• Insert the valve through the rim hole from the inside to the outside.
• Secure the valve in place using the nut provided, tightening it firmly to ensure a proper seal.

3. Mounting the cover:
• Place the tire on the rim, making sure the mousse insert is correctly positioned and does not interfere with the valve.

4. Tire inflation:
• With the core still removed, use a compressor or high-volume pump to quickly inflate the tire. This helps seat the tire on the rim.
• Once the cover is properly seated, remove the air source and reinstall the core into the valve.
• Adjust the tire pressure to your preference.

5. Final verification:
• Visually inspect the tire to ensure it is properly installed and there are no air leaks.
