Free Returns

All returns at grezzy+® are free of charge. We want to ensure that the return process is as convenient as possible for our customers. No additional return charges or reverse shipping costs will apply.

Return Conditions

You can return products within 7 days of receiving your order.
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging.

Return Process

Log in to your account.
Go to the "Order History" section.
Select the order you wish to return and follow the instructions to initiate the return process.
Securely package the product with the original packaging.
Print the return shipping label and attach it to the package.

Refund

Once we receive and verify your return, we will process your refund within 1 to 3 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
